Cancellation Policy

♥Your date and time is not confirmed until sent a confirmational email♥ A studio rep will greet you and provide a quick tour of the space REFUNDS: Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price. Guests who cancel after 7 days will not get back their deposit, but if paid in full would get back 50% refund. Please note that all start & end times are included and tear down time. ANY LATE check-outs will be charged a full additional hour! We clean and set up for the next person, so please keep that in mind. Shoes: Entrance would be greeted and be asked to wipe the bottom of your shoes with wet wipes or cloth or another option you can wear booties to cover your shoes. This would allow outside dirt and germs from entering and leaving marks on the floors. Studio space must return to the condition it was when you arrived. We encourage you to get creative with it, but be mindful when moving things around, please & thank you. ♥ All Equipment/props/backdrops must be returned to their original place within the booking time. Any damages and missing items would be charged an additional fee (based on the damage and item) NO PETS ALLOWED: We love animals, we can not allow them in space. NO SMOKING/VAPING: This includes cigarette/cannabis/tobacco/e-vapes : THERE IS A $500 fine. We don’t want to set off the alarm and the fire department would have to come. NO ALCOHOL NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY/ DRUGS NO Food/drinks in certain spaces. NO PORN NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN NO FAKE BLOOD/ BODY PAINT without a HEADS UP NO GLITTER/CONFETTI : $100 fine if used. Security camera: in the non-private areas of the space. By agreeing to those booking you also acknowledge our cameras will be recording during your whole booking times. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during the book. This is for everyone's protection. Injuries: we are not liable.
